4. Client Obligations

  • Notify us of any concerns or complaints within 24 hours of service completion to allow for resolution.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling Policy: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

a. Limitation of Liability

JK Dienstleistung shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
